Returns

You may return unused products within 14 days of receiving them. Items must be in their original condition and packaging. Custom or limited edition products may not be eligible for return.

To start a return, email info@clubdesportmetronome.com with your order number. We will send return instructions. Return shipping costs are paid by the customer unless the item is faulty.

Refunds are processed to the original payment method within 7 business days after we receive the returned item.

Shipping

Orders are shipped within 1 to 3 business days. Delivery within the EU takes 3 to 6 business days. Express and international shipping times vary and are shown at checkout.

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on location and package size. EU orders over 150€ may qualify for free shipping.

For deliveries outside the EU, customs duties or import fees may apply and are the buyer’s responsibility.
